A: The workshop consists of filling out a workbook and submitting it for analysis. We have a short video series that walks you through everything. On average, most people spend about 90 minutes filling out the workbook. Once submitted, results typically come back within 30 minutes. After you receive your report, there are a few more videos to walk you through your results and wrap up the workshop. So total time from start is usually around 2-3 hours. But, if you want to take longer on the workbook or split it up into multiple sessions/days, that's totally fine. Don't rush it!
